On the first nine, the boys scored a total of 224, while on the back nine, they scored a 226. This led their total score to be 457. With it only being their first meet, the boys were able to get a good base for the start of their season to build on and improve throughout the rest of the season.
“It was a tough day, but it's always good to get the first 18 holes out of the way cause those are always the worst,” Lambrecht, a junior, says.
Pierce’s JV golf team will compete next at the Pierce Golf Invite on May 2.
