PHS Student Places at State Fair

PHS student, Sarah Fenton, traveled to Grand Island last Sunday to view her photography as it was presented at the state fair. Her picture “Frozen Bubble” was selected to be presented at UNL in the Extended Dean’s Office on the campus. Fenton has been in 4-H for 10 years and has made it down to state 7 years. When asked about her experience at state, Fenton says, “ It was good because I did well on my other projects.” Fenton also got a blue ribbon for both her Service Project Quilt, and her Action Photography. She got purple ribbons in the 4H fashion show, Shopping in Style, Cooking 401, and Composite Display and Theme Print for photography. Fenton says she plans on continuing to participate in 4-H until she is a senior.
