The senior class had ten candidates nominated for king queen. For the girl candidates, it was Ellexis Dunn, Ellie Moeller, Krystina Schuett, Emily Simmons, and Hailey Race. The candidates for boys were Junior Aguilar, Parker Baumann, Derek Ross, Brady Simmons, and Dillon Lubischer.
Following coronation, the dance began. The DJ for the dance was Music Machine, and the dance started at 8 p.m. and went until 11 p.m.
The student council put on the dance. The tickets sold pay for the dance, and leftover funds go towards scholarships and supports different activities the student council does. StuCo sponsor Deb Koehlmoos said, “The officers did a great job preparing it and making it organized. The kids had a lot of fun.”
