Girls Golf: filling holes

The Pierce High girls golf team has its first meet on Thursday, August 20. Over the summer, the girls have been practicing and getting ready for a great season. The seniors have been committed to improving from last year, and they are excited to see what the year brings.
“Probably see how well the seniors do and see us improve,” Brailey Jensen, a senior, stated after being asked what she was most excited for this season.
Furthermore, the girls golf team has had a positive mindset about getting better and working hard. The summer was great for the team, and they are looking forward to seeing their hard work and dedication pay off this season.
“Focusing on the little things and giving the little things 100% effort,” head coach Jason Freudenburg said when asked what he was most excited about.
Everyone can come and watch them at home games at the Pierce golf course, where they hold all their practices.
