Pierce Changes Livestreaming Service
Before the winter season started, Pierce Public Schools switched livestreaming
services. With this switch, most livestreamed activities the school offers will be pay-per-
view. Since Pierce started livestreaming during Covid, the school set up free streaming
through STRIV. With the rising cost of expenses and lower attendance at activities,
revenue has fallen in our activities fund. HUDL has started a new pay-per-view option
that gives schools the opportunity to livestream games. With each pay-per-view
subscription (single game, monthly, or yearl) received, 60% of the revenue goes to
Pierce activities fund. A link has been added to the Pierce Public homepage:

JV basketball games and concerts are currently free. Also, only games at the high
school will be livestreamed at this time. Below are the prices:
Single Game $8.00 (If you do it this way, you will pay $8.00 for the girl’s varsity game
and $8.00 for the boy’s varsity game.) (OKAY)
Monthly pass - $15.00. You get access to all Pierce games for one month. (BETTER)
Yearly pass - $75.00. You get access to all Pierce games for one year. (BEST)
