Bluejays Place at State Cross Country

Three Pierce cross country team members, Alexus Sindelar, Callie Arnold, and Mason Sindelar, competed during the state meet at the Kearney Country Club on Friday, November 19.
Individually, Mason Sindelar placed second in the boys’ criteria with a time of 16:52; Alexus Sindelar placed third for the ladies with a time of 20:13. Callie Arnold placed 26th with a time of 21:41.
Coach Gary Shada said, “They performed great; I couldn't have been happier with the way each one of them did. We had goals going into the season, and each one of them definitely achieved each goal they had.”
