Winter Royalty Crowned

The temperatures were cold outside, but the inside of the Pierce Auditorium was hot, as the 2024 winter royalty dance and coronation took place on Saturday, January 6. 

Crowned as the winter royalty queen was Madelyn Hanson, daughter of Travis and Leslie Hanson. This year’s winter royalty king was Korvin Fritz, son of Scott and Jennifer Fritz. 

Other queen candidates included Hayle DeBoer, Maggie Painter, Icis Sackville and Peyton Wieting.

King candidates were Brayden Kuper, Nils Røstad, Deon Watts and Champion White.

Following coronation, the dance, sponsored by the student council, was held.
