Lunch Account Payment

Dear Parent or Guardian,
In an effort to make depositing dollars for your student’s breakfast and lunch more convenient, Pierce Public Schools has made an online option available via the use of a credit card.
To deposit meal dollars using this method, please log on to the school district’s website at www.piercepublic.org, select the lunch account deposit quick link on the right side of the page, and follow the instructions to create an account and to deposit dollars.
Please be aware that a 3% fee will be assessed to all transactions. This fee is not charged by Pierce Public Schools, but rather by the credit card vendor for providing their services.
As an example of the fee, if you deposit $100 into your student’s meal account. $100 will be deposited into the Pierce Public School’s lunch fund on behalf of your student, but your credit card statement will reflect a charge of $103.
The intent of making an online option available is to provide a more convenient method of depositing dollars. But, you are more than welcome to continue the current practice of dropping lunch dollars off at the office either in person or sending the dollars with your student.
Please be aware that the online option is available for meal deposits only. No other deposits or purchases can be made using this method.

Refund Policy
Upon written request to Pierce Public Schools a refund will be given on any unused lunch money. The refund will only include what is left in the individual or family account, not to include a return of the fees associated with this transaction.
