Classes Elect Officers For 2011-2012 School Year
Launch the media gallery 1 playerMason Rohrich is the newly-elected president of the class of 2012, chosen by his senior classmates when Pierce High students had their first class meetings on Tuesday, August 23. The seniors elected Alyssa Blair, first vice president; Payton Wragge, second vice president; Ashton Johnson, secretary; and Ellie Pytleski, treasurer. In the meeting class sponsor Don Wood announced that a class tee shirt will be for sale in January, caps and gowns will be ordered, and seniors need to start handing in their senior pictures for the composite.
The junior class elected Bailey Sherman, president; Katie Atkins, vice president; Matt Lukens, secretary; Claudia Flesner, treasurer; Matt Lukens and Aaron Hanlin, student council representatives; and Kira Arnold and Molly Harris, prom committee members.
The sophomore class elected Tyler Hoffman, president; Charles Krueger, vice president; Chris McWilliams, secretary; Emily Willard, treasurer; and Austin Kroupa and Caleb Lohrberg, student council representatives. In the meeting class sponsor Esmeralda Hernandez announced that ten dollars in class dues is to be paid to her by September 2.
The freshman class elected Kristin Arens, president; Hannah Higgins, vice president; Rachelle Tucker, secretary; Dillon Dickey treasurer; Drew Fasse and Shannah Unseld, student council representatives. In the meeting class sponsor Kristine Muir announced that ten dollars in class dues is to be paid to her by September 30.
The eighth-grade class elected Tatym Rowley and Noah Zimmerer as student council representatives. The seventh grade class elected Parker Baumann and Bryce Bierman as student council representatives.
