Listen To HCC vs Pierce Basketball Tonight Via Webstreaming
Below is info for listening to the double-header basketball games over the Internet in Hartington on Friday, January 14.
Again as a reminder, this is audio-only (like a radio broadcast), so there is no video.
We certainly want everyone to visit Hartington and watch the game, but if someone can’t, then this is a great option. And it’s also very nice for relatives out-of-state or college students to be able to listen to their siblings play.

You can listen to the games on Friday via the Internet. Just go to www.hartel.net and click on “Listen Live” link in the top right corner.
You will then be taken to a page where you will see a second link to click and begin listening to the game via Windows Media Player.
Please note that this second link will ONLY appear once the pre-game broadcast begins, approximately 10-15 minutes prior to the 6:15 tipoff for the girls’ game. Again, once you see this second link, you’ll know we’re broadcasting.
Note that between games of a boy/girl double-header, the streaming will end and listeners will need to reconnect again to listen to the 2nd half of the double-header. We do this so we can archive each game separately. There will be approximately 10-15 minutes of off-air time between games.
You may listen to the free archive of each game shortly after the contest ends. Again, just go to Hartelco’s Listen Live page and the archive link will be listed at the bottom when available. You can even purchase a CD copy of the audio broadcast (optional).
