New Student Profile: Angel Santiago-Glinsmann

By Ella Gaes

Pierce High School is happy to welcome a new face to the eighth grade class, Angel Santiago-Glinsmann, who is the son of Ashleigh Glinsmann. He has two other siblings, Aleigha and Aryana. He has grown up and went to school in Norfolk and currently lives in Hadar.

Santiago-Glinsmann participates in football, wrestling, basketball, and track. His favorite class is PE with Mr. Painter because he loves all the fun activities. When he is older, he dreams of being an NFL player.

Santiago-Glinsmann’s favorite family vacation was when he traveled to the Black Hills. His favorite part was seeing his family members that live up there.

At home, he has two dogs named Jake and Jax, a guinea pig named Latte, and a cat named Rosy.

In his free time, you can find him running and collecting cars and car models.

After asking how his time has been at Pierce High School he responded with, “It’s been pretty good, and I really like it. It is different because people are nicer, and we have longer class periods which give me more work time.”

Pierce High wishes Santiago-Glinsmann the best of luck in his future!
