Varsity Golf Team Places 3rd

The Pierce high golf team placed 3rd out of a total of ten teams at the Crofton invite on Monday, April 1.
In the individual placings, Chaden Roth led the way in 4th place and with a 90. Reid West placed 10th with a 93. Hunter Raabe had a 105, Dean Orwig shot a 107, and Mason Sedlacek shot a 108. After 18 holes and only three shots away from 2nd place, Pierce placed 3rd with a score of 395.
Head coach Rick Adams said, “Overall I was happy; however, because of the weather, we weren’t in the best shape while walking between holes.”
The next invite will be at Laurel-Concord-Coleridge on Thursday, April 11.
