Lady Jays Fall to Eagles

In the first game of the sub-districts, the Pierce varsity volleyball team played the O’Neill Eagles on Monday, October 29 at Norfolk High School. The Lady Jays lost in four sets with set scores, 23-25, 26-24, 16-25, and 18-25.
Coach Brittany Weber said, “It’s definitely not how we wanted to end the season, but we have a lot to be proud of this year. I’m really going to miss this group of seniors. They were great role models for the younger girls, and each has left a positive mark on our program that will last in the years to come.”
This was the last game for the Lady Jays with a record of 17-13. Good Job Lady Jays! Great season!
