Cross Country Team Competes at Skyview

The Pierce cross country team raced at Skyview in the Norfolk Catholic invite on Friday, September 7. The boys’ varsity team placed 2nd.
Individually for the varsity boys, Mason Sindelar placed 2nd with a time of 17:36. Next was Isaac Lambrecht, who got 9th with a time of 18:27. Not far behind, Cole Vogt placed 11th with a time of 18:29. Miles Garcia came in 23rd with a time of 19:39. Right behind him, Carter Jensen placed 24th with a time of 19:41. For the JV division, Brock Brolling got 1st with a time of 20:05. Behind him came Chris Efta in 2nd with a time of 20:20. Dalton Haase came in 3rd with a time of 21:51.
For the varsity girls, Alexus Sindelar placed 3rd with a time of 21:12. Not far behind her came Callie Arnold in 5th with a time of 21:42. In 24th place was Bridget Raff with a time of 25:12.
For junior high, Gavin Geneski got 8th with a time of 7:02. Right behind him in 9th was Champion White with a time of 7:08. Ashton Koch got 12th with a time of 7:15.
The Next cross country meet will be on Friday, September 14, at O’Neill.
