FFA Burger Bash and LSE

FFA Holds Burger Bash

By Susan Venteicher

On December 1, 2016, the Pierce FFA chapter held a burger bash at the high school during the girls’ and boys’ basketball game against Howells-Dodge. People who came to buy food could get a Meal Deal for $5.00 that consisted of a hamburger, chips, and a dessert. If their stomach craved something else, people could get just a hamburger for $3.50, chips for $1.00, or a dessert for $1.00.

The chapter had a very good turnout based on the amount of money they raised. They raised $889, and part of the proceeds will be donated to Children’s Miracle Network.
