Post Prom Minutes - Aug 17
A Post Prom meeting was held on Monday Aug 17th at 6:30 at the Pierce High School. Thirty-One parents were present. $500.00 will be sent to the YMCA to hold the date of March 18, 2015. The committees are:

Liz DeGroff- Solicitations
Jill Weiting - Caseys Cards
Krista Bailey - Nacho Bar for Dec 11, 2015
Not sure yet on prizes. Talked about Junior and Senior class donating to a cause in challenging each other or other schools or business. More Help is needed. People are helping Julie call ticket takers for all the home games.
