“Singing in the Wayne”
Pierce High choir singers are heading to Wayne this Friday, February 3. A select 21 students have been chosen to sing with the Wayne State Honor Choir. The will practice during the day and present a concert at four in the afternoon in the Ramsey Theatre on the college campus.
Pierce High sopranos chosen to attend are Emily Steffensen, Molly Harris, Tristen Sell, Callie Kolterman, and Autumn Baumann. Altos chosen are London Sindelar, Victoria Dannar, Ciera Henery, Kylie Guenther, and McKenzy McKeown. Tenors who were selected are Clayton Craft, Ethan Valverde, Alex Retzlaff, Lucas Osborn, Kyler Henderson, and Colby Huff. Basses are Blake Douglass, Tyler Steckelberg, Jacob Jones, Briton Rodenborg, and Sam Halsey.
The singers qualified to attend by applying and attending extra practice.
