Get Your PIN and FAFSA Forms
Attention Seniors! There are many sites on the Internet that are related to the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), but only one is the official site. The official site is FAFSA on the Web (www.FAFSA.ed.gov)
The first step in completing the FAFSA form is to obtain a PIN (personal identification number). Use this link (www.pin.ed.gov) to obtain your PIN. There is NO charge to obtain a PIN or to complete the FAFSA forms. Note: there are companies and websites that charge for PIN and the FAFSA forms. Never pay for this service – it is free on the government site.
If you have any questions concerning this process be sure to contact the counseling office.
