2011 Subdistrict Basketball Tournaments Coming
Pierce High School girls and boys basketball teams will participate in the C1-8 Subdistirict Basketball Tournaments at Norfolk Senior High School this year.
The Lady Jays played on Monday, February 14 against Madison, winning 50-30. On Tuesday, February 15 they played Boone Central and lost 58-45. In the second game on Tuesday Norfolk Catholic beat Battle Creek 61-43. The winners advance to the subdistrict finals on Thursday night.

The Bluejays will play in the C1-8 Subdistrict during the week of February 21-24. Pierce earned the #2 seed and will play the late game (8:00) on Tuesday, February 22 against #3 seed Boone Central. Battle Creek and Madison play on Monday, February 21 with the winner meeting Norfolk Catholic in the first game on Tuesday.

Admission to the subdistrict games are $4.00 for students and $5.00 for adults. The school will be open one hour before the first game for spectators. Designated seating areas will be posted. Please be aware that seating is prohibited in the first row and people are not allowed to stand on the seats.
