All out of class
dates for post prom and other post prom money must be taken care of
by today.
ALL JUNIORS will eat first lunch today and then go to the m/p room
for their test session. Tomorrow all juniors will test in the
m/p room beginning at 8:30. You are to report to your first
period class at 8:25 for lunch and attendance and then directly to
the m/p room for testing. All 8th graders will eat first
lunch tomorrow and then test in the afternoon.
Michael Tuttle and Ryan Evans report to the office for a message
today.
All juniors are advised that April 30th is the last day that you
will be able to take a Junior Day to visit a college. NECC is
hosting a couple events – one on April 1st for “Careers That Rock”
and another one on April 18th for Drama and Debates. Please
see the bulletin boards for other information.
Senior cheerleaders please turn your uniforms into Mrs. Baldwin
ASAP.
All girls in grades 8 – 11 that want to try out for cheerleading,
must be signed up in the office by this Friday (be sure and take an
information sheet when you sign up).
All cheerleaders that still owe money for a poster must pay
Brittnie Abler today.
Mrs. Baldwin/Borchers Teen Talk will meet tomorrow instead of
today.
Attention JH students going to the Elgin Pope John Academic Contest
today, you will be released to eat at 11 a.m. Also, your
parents are welcome to come watch the speeches, trivia bowl,
spelling contest finals, and the awards ceremony. There will
be a concession stand, so you may want to bring some money for
treats. Don’t forget to wear a Pierce shirt.
The FCA Bible Study group will meet tonight at 6:30 at the
Martin’s.
There will be a Spanish Club breakfast tomorrow at 7:45 a.m. in
room 205 (this is for all members not just the officers.)
There will be a History Day work day tomorrow after school.
District History Day qualifiers – your critique sheets are back
from Wayne State. Stop and see Mrs. Fleecs for them by
Friday.
Honor Society members the deadline for placing orders for NHS items
is this Friday. If you missed the last meeting, be sure to
see Mrs. Wood.
The following students still owe $30 for the ACT Prep workshop: Sam
Kaschke and Jacob Woslager.
All girls wanting to play softball this summer are reminded to stop
by and pick up a registration sheet as they are due by April
1st.
