Congratulations to the following track and field athletes for their performances at the Dan Lennon Inv. yesterday against some very tough competition – Lachel Milander – 1st in shot, Tahnee Reed 2nd in triple jump, Mack Baumann 2nd in 400, Kevin Paulsen 2nd in 60 hurdles, Cody Spreeman 3rd in 60 hurdles, Brody Unger 3rd in pole vault, Boys 4 X 200 – 3rd and Heather Wachter 4th in high jump.

Tomorrow all 8th graders will test in the m/p room beginning at 8:30.  You are to report to your first period class at 8:25 for lunch and attendance and then directly to the m/p room for testing.  All juniors will test tomorrow in the afternoon.  ALL JUNIORS will eat first lunch tomorrow and then go to the m/p room for their test session.  Then on Thursday the schedule will switch.

Senior cheerleaders please turn your uniforms into Mrs. Baldwin ASAP.

Attention JH students going to the Elgin Pope John Academic Contest tomorrow, you will be released to eat at 11 a.m.  Also, your parents are welcome to come watch the speeches, trivia bowl, spelling contest finals, and the awards ceremony.  There will be a concession stand, so you may want to bring some money for treats.  Don’t forget to wear a Pierce shirt.

These students must report to the office at 12:30 today – Abbey Meier, Amanda Rathjen, Nick Lukens, and Kyle Rohrich.

Mr. Piper’s Teen Talk will meet today at 2:05 in the board room.

Track photo button pictures will be taken today right after school in the gym.

There will be a Boys Letter Club meeting tomorrow at 7:50 a.m. in room 506.

Tomorrow morning at 9:45 the Marines will be here to make a special presentation to our senior football players.  An announcement will be made to release them.

The FCA Bible Study group will meet tomorrow at 6:30 at the Martin’s.

There will be a Spanish Club officer meeting Thursday at 7:45 a.m. in room 205.

The StuCo Senior Project committee will meet tomorrow at 7:40 a.m. in room 401.

There will be a prom servers meeting for the sophomores serving for the prom tomorrow at 7:30 a.m. in room 405.

District History Day qualifiers – your critique sheets are back from Wayne State.   Stop and see Mrs. Fleecs for them by Friday.

Honor Society members the deadline for placing orders for NHS items is this Friday.  If you missed the last meeting, be sure to see Mrs. Wood.

These juniors and seniors must stop by the office by tomorrow to pay for post prom – Billy Buckendahl, Hailey Christiansen, Trevor Doyle, Miko Ferry, Isaiah Fisher, Ashley Hoferer, Jack Houska, Brooke Larson, Charles Loughman, Kelly Lueken, Fedor Schnupp, Britnee Turk, Jon Bahnfleth, Kaitlyn Dozler, Aron Eddy, Courtney Koepke, Tahnee Reed, and Kyle Rohrich.

All out of class dates for post prom must be signed up and paid for by tomorrow.

The following students still owe $30 for the ACT Prep workshop: Sam Kaschke, Cassie Lueshen, and Jacob Woslager.

All girls wanting to play softball this summer are reminded to stop by and pick up a registration sheet as they are due by April 1st.
